At 21, Alex has spent over a year mastering Airbnb management and co-hosting. He’s passionate about helping property owners earn more while creating standout guest experiences.
Alex and Mindi manage seven of their own rentals in Walla Walla, WA, and Asheville, NC, and co-host for other owners as well.
When they’re not hosting, they enjoy family time skiing, wake surfing, and playing pickleball.
Mindi brings a strong mix of business, hospitality, and real estate experience to Oasis Escapes. She spent 32 years as a physical therapist and successfully ran a multi-location clinic before retiring from healthcare in 2024.
Since then, she has focused on growing their luxury short-term rental business.
Mindi helps healthcare professionals earn passive income through short-term rentals by handling all aspects of hosting and maximizing returns.
